Got a group together for quest for mount that is supposed to be 50% faster in t1.. turns out it is slow a/f. why is this?? 45 min timer.. stressing ppl out than boom .. a gimp horse i wana shoot dead

Its a quest in norland , you need to beat 3 hard pqs in 45 min for a mount with 50% run speed in pve. except it is 50% slower not faster.
