Make potions decay only when logged in

As in title - if it's possible please consider making potions decay only when character is logged in. I think it could be a great quality of life change for everyone.

Currently I have some 72h Potions of Acclaim which I not use because ... I know that if I use 72h or 24h potion it will create pressure to stay longer online instead of allowing me to comfortably mix daily activities and to take healthy dose of game only. So I'm not using it at all.
