Scenario Queues and Premades

The name "discordand" is a bit misleading a d many ppl, esp newcommers doesnt know whats it means hence press queu all.

In that regard queu system could be made so if solo player press queu all first 20 sec got only disc queu and if not pop at sec 21 automatically enter all maps queu.
This will help brand new guys enormously to enjoy scens

These above are actually very good ideas.

1. Rename "discordant scenario" to "solo scenario"
2. All people who queue as solo should automatically have priority for this solo SC and only then if no game is found, should be redirected to group SC.

Disc sc never pops in T4 maybe 1 or 2 pop in 3-4 hours sometimes not even that.

So there aren't enough people for a dedicated solo mode, thread can be closed

This made me laugh more than i should have.

But on a more serious note : I understand that this is an issue for many people - but you should also realize its an issue that the community by itself can fix instead of always yelling for a piece of technology to fix our problems.

We have more or less 3 Options :

1) Queue Discordant only - if enough ppl do that it will always pop (i like to mention that Discordant Pop were fine until too many ppl qq'ed about Duo's so they changed it to SOLO only instead of solo/duo only and it died very fast)

2) Socialize and build a Grp, be flexible - change char if neccessary

3) accept that you are in the minority and most Players prefer to get farmed instead of choosing Option 1 or 2

1: You are correct they should never have remove Duos from discord - Why? - Because 2 people isn't a "hardcore dedicated premade" n shouldn't be treated as such.

Not sure if we play the same game, some evenings with many sieges/city/lotd sc pop rare, on normal evenings sc pop frequently.

Regarding the dedicated solo mode, it seems to be pretty dead, yes, maybe cause the casual fanbase is not the guys enjoy it alone.

ps.: not sure what you mean with "2: This excuse has been beaten to death and will never work" - there were not a single excuse in ashoris post, just things people can do if sc not going they way people like.

iam not sure what to say but if you see 2 as an excuse and not a valid point ... it is something YOU CAN FIX BY YOURSELF ... there is dsomethign you CAN DO ... you dont need technology to fix the Problem you have it in your own hands ... it is something you can in case you WANT. ...

I also understand that not everyone wants to put that effort into it, but there is a big difference between i can change soemthign but i dont want to put the effort into it and I CANT change things. (btw iam often queuing solo so iam also one who does not want to put the effort into it all the time)

3: if the casual fanbase is big enough and fed up getting farmed by premades their Pool would make Discordant pop instantly ... simply because enough ppl que'ing Discordant only ... that is exactly my point with 3 ... They DECIDE NOT TO while at the same time say the following 2 things: .... Discordant does not pop regulary so they queue everything but at the same time argueing that they have no issue with longer wait times if they remove premades from their random queue .... not understanding that they ALREADY have that queue but dont use it becuase of the wait times

The best part is that the majority of these guys complain about kids in the REAL world getting participation medals, yet here THEY deserve it, because "its just a game". The only difference I see is that the 6 year olds actually have a chance at a decent future.

But despite obvious sarcasm, i'd love to point out that its what i believe to be absolutely true. On a very frequent basis we've got such threads popping with someone who's got huge butthurt while qq'ing solo into weekend warfront, a special scenario for groups. Im still so much amused that all those "selfproclaimed casuals" have got so much time to q solo whole weekend but cba to spend an hour to form proper /5 party.

However tho, this discussion repeated nearly a millionth time already has made me think of the following - whats the real reasoning of why not just drop group SCs q and organise/coordinate discordant pops thru e.g. basic chat spam (like we've got tons of examples that it works, like Animalmother did force launch solo rankeds in offseason doing this lol)?
I do get why they nonestop q into warfront solo. They wanna grind weekly rewards. Even knowing that those are basic rewards that can be easily skipped. This behaviour i get. Close their eyes, push q button and hope to be carried by premade of your realm. I do so myself sometimes too. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, but i get how things work so cant blame anyone but myself if i choose to log alone, didnt ask for invite or form something myself and press q.
But why nobody q discordant i cant grasp. I believe reasoning behind is pretty crucial. Easy answer it doesnt pop, OK, so simple snowballing effect. But there is a chat, can be easily fixed by few people in-game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did my weekly 2 weeks in a row solo on a sub 50 healer, my winrate is about 50% and the kills and wins were done before the participation medal, stop being a victim.

I'm just giving my feedback. The game definitely changed when I ranked at 40.

Are you EU or NA? For Order, scenarios are easier in EU time because the population is greater and there are more PUGs. I'm NA, there are more premades, and if you queue twice in a row, you might see the same one twice.

It's OK, I just do discordant now and if nothing pops, it's fine.

Also, mind your own business and give your own feedback. My experience is no less valuable than yours.

I did it today. Was getting pops every 10 minutes, even if it was 3v3.

Ranks 1-39, you queue for everything and you'll get pops. Not instantly, but every 10-20 minutes.

I guess everything depends on the time zone, but I did it over a few time zones.
