No bags for defenses comment

From today patch notes:
The minimum number of kills needed to trigger a defense tick has been removed, as have Bags for successful defenses.

Happy that I completed vanquisher set on my main several days ago (5 elemens from bags and 1 from AH, don't remember how many doubles I got but there were many). Now it will be much harder for new players to obtain RvR set without spending war crests.

I'm not sure why you're have an issue with this? It is a positive change removing the min no of kills required for both defense tick and bag roles. Meaning you will get a defense tick or be included in a bag role more often than you would have if you never got any kills. It does however mean more people will take part in the bag role, but that's the RNG that will deal with this.
