Event and orvr

Heya,

Is it just me, or has the ORVR been very one-sided since beginning of the event. Does the keep capture requirements in the event cause ppl to pick the side steamrolling zones even more than usual? specially now as zone lock rewards were low anyways.

I dont have any stats, but i feel that EU team red has been taking zones like no tomorrow past days ,where as team blue only had occasional keep capture each day

As said, this is not based to any stats, but I dont think it was this bad before event...

are NA times still heavily onesided too?

I usually login and play an hour or so before work, and then I login during the evening to play for an hour or few. My wh has 1 keep cap for the event and my bw has 0 keep caps for the event. Meaning that since the event started, eu Order has been able to cap 1 keep when I have been online :D

And its not all just "order bad" or "order all rdps", like yesterday during eu EVENING we had 100+% aao while defending some of the zones. Took a day off from work today, and the Destro day squad seems to be 2+ nicely organised wbs running almost clean 2-2-2, against our 15-20 player open pug wb with no restrictions :D

But yea, dont know whats up, if the event was to blame, then all of the xlreamers should already have the required achievements and stuff for everything as they have been winning since the start

Anyway, been pretty hard to level up my characters as a new player since the event started :(

First days of event was same for orders imo such orvr reqs promote one side zerging. Everyone zerg on one side a couple of days then switch to other side. Not good for the game but normally at eu prime time u had very few keep takes and even fewer forts attempts so somehow the system make ppl to do such behaviour
Mostly harmless

Yeah, primetime is thing of its own. You get scolded if you dare to suggest a siege as it affects the praag MS festival.

Regular Org Wbs just want to farm eachother at praag until bedtime and then its down to US timezone to flip the zones again.

But yeah, i wouldnt be surprised if the tables flip as ppl get the event done on destro alts and start the order grind

NA is usually fine until 10PM EST most nights then the population takes a dive. If anything I think the lack of any reward from taking zones has lead to this behavior as there was no real advantage in being on the winning side.
