"Null and Void" Quest

I am currently questing in Ellyrion as DE and I have the quest "Null and Void". I was supposed to read a Nagarythe Chant at a specific location after interacting with a quest item called something like "Silk-wrapped bundle". I did that and got a scroll, but I could not interact with the scroll even after trying several spots in the marked location. I then abandoned the quest and destroyed the item, in the hopes, that resetting it might help (doing something similar has helped me in the past with other quests). Now I don't have neither of those 2 items and I cannot progress the quest, because I can't remember, where I got that item from. Maybe if I could kill the NPC or interact with the object that gave me the silk-wrapped bundle in the first place, I could retrieve the scroll within.
Does anyone currently have that quest and could maybe help me out?

I got the quest. You have to walk to the tower in the center of the marked place. Select the right treasure box infront of the towers door and stand near by to it. Then rightclick the quest parchment in your quest inventory and it is completed!
