Feinted Positioning + Snap Shot/Throw Dagger

In old WAR Feinted Positioning did not affect Snap Shot/Throw Dagger. Its too OP.

Have you played WE/WH on this server? Pretty much have to have it up to get it to snare, back detection is really bad.

WH/WE is already in such a terrible spot with silence being semi-broken, and having no melee snare or KD atm compared to every other MDPS who also has charge and deals actual damage.

look on magus. they are also horrible compared to what they can achieve in t3

and before that "no charge" .... no other mdps have a stealth....

if ur WH need kd - grp with IB or SW. if your WH needs your target to be perma snared - grp with tanks or WL

Stealth doesn't matter when you have no burst damage to kill anything and since you have no melee snare or kd they just hop away out of melee range, and if you don't have FP up to get the guaranteed snare you are never going to catch them or you are dead meat. I would trade stealth for charge anyday even if it meant losing the openers, at least in the current situation in T2.

If I was putting together a premade why on earth would I ever play a WH over a slayer in the current meta? 1 OUTGOING healdebuff isn't going to make a ****, we need incoming... and when Az raises the level cap BW/SW and KoTBS will get theirs and there will be not even a semi-valid reason to play WH/WE. There is already no reason to play on destro since mara has the same damage, with a better heal debuff, and 10x the survivability and other useful debuffs like toughness.


I just think its funny OP is calling for a WE/WH nerf because they can snare someone from range for 5 seconds whenever FP is off CD.

Rediculous topic. Can't imagine any situation when I'm spending my FP with a 60 sec cooldown for a snap shot just to catch some kiting SH or someone else. If you didn't kill a good kiter after you've unstealthed and flee + AP pots (now this variant is unavailable) - you're dead.
And yes, all is excellent with WH/WE at the moment, their possibilities are absolutely normal for t2. The main problems at the moment are silence and invisibility. The first doesn't work properly and the second has to high chance to be unstealthed, seems it's 100% for instant damage.

Ummm ok so? You do realize that wh get a lot of cheesy **** like 100% parry and are pretty damn strong in t4 right? Last I checked this game wasn't ment to be balanced at lvl 20 so you don't need to go bemoan how "up wh is" all the time

are we really arguing "I want to play solo and gank playes on my WH/WE but Im not able to own them 3 gcds" ??

lol. pathetic

"ranged snare" wasnt affected by FP and if it is now affected by it, its just a bug and should be fixed. if its not, everything is fine. WE/WH are total crap till u get some solid crit, kd and crit dmg tactic. then their dmg and solo viability skyrocket. it was like that allways. sure we are stucked in t2 but no1 force you to play class you do not enjoy

To all the ppl complaining about WH/WE.... Press torment more, hit abso more, RESTEALTH, avoid aoe spam (ninja skills), assist other dps, and lastly take 5 seconds remember its a game and stop caring so much

At one point during WAR, FP effected snap shot/throw dagger. Then my guess is there was a bug that stopped FP from effecting snap shot/throw dagger. I don't mind it either way since the ability was really made poorly by Mythic with little to no brain involved. There shouldn't have been a minimum range on that thing like it does now especially when the game was first released with the melee range bug. It was a nightmare to play Melee when WAR was first released.

Anyways, I say keep it as is because it follows the description of what FP states. I never understood why at certain points of WAR it stopped working.
