[DWARF] Disbalanced core tactics

Today I want to talk about tactics [Stountness of Stone] (dwarf core tactic)
Many changes have led to core tactics becoming too strong.
All knockdowns for classes are equal to 3 seconds (Only BG and IB have knockdown 5 second with 100 hate after block). This tactic reduced one second Knockdown (main hardcontrol for trade and fight) due to which the knockdown will be equal to 2 seconds. BUT GCD on this server is 1.5 second because of that a have only 0,5 second for 100% deal damage.
It turns out all DWARFes with this tactic have full immunity to knockdown.
Solutions to the problem:
1) Back GCD to 1-1,15 second like on official server.
2) Full Complete change of tactic
3) Delete 1 second reduced only for knockdown.
