[Blackguard] Missing Self-Healing Ability??

I'm new to the BG and I've noticed something that's got me a little confused. I have a vague memory of a self-healing ability that scaled with Hate, the higher your Hate, the more you healed over time. I can't find it and I'm wondering if it's been removed.

If it so, could someone please tell me when that happened?
And isn't it a significant loss to the Blackguard class?

it was great for solo play sustainability

think they removed it from both BG and IB

Skill is removed.
IB has also lost it.
I think this is a very good decision.
Already without it solo roaming tanks are too strong.
It is a team game so if you want healing then invite a hiler to the party.

Yes, (correct me if I'm wrong) Grumble n' Mutter for IB and Enraged Beating for BG both would have a HOT(heal over time) but this was removed for balance reasons.

How about cutting out SnB IB AP regen spec? Taking into consideration WW is now on SnB BG but BoG is worthless in any kind of game environment
