Unable to login

Cant logon to the game, "Could not connect to Login server".

My launcher won't even start...

Today after the patch i cant enter the game, got message: Error (Build 55 Art archive) Unknown (retry count: 5)!

if anyone has a fix for this I'm all ears. I reinstalled the whole game but nothing works :/

I Have the same issue but i have run the game with administrator option and work for me.
