I've been overall happy with changes, and where the game is at for faction vs faction balance. With even numbers you don't often see zones change hands unless one side has an advantage in leaders or preforms.
The changes I've disliked the most is mirroring faction abilities like punts. (side note not a fan of tank punting in the game, I would remove it, or move it to morale.)
Unless you are looking for 1v1 feedback, I think toons are in a good place, maybe tone down WL's and Sham/AM dots a bit.
IMO the number #1 change the game needs is to remove the preform vs pugs in SC.

Yes it's far from perfect but single community member doesn't have tools/reach to do much better. Don't think much can be done with survivor bias anyway and ingame poll that pops up during login would obviously reach more but that needs staff/dev to pull that off. You could make a case that even short term fluctuations of game pop don't tell the whole picture at this point since game could lose 100 players due bad patch but gain 200 at the same time due some big youtuber/streamer hyping the game up. In context of poll, what the amount of respec\reroll\drop game players after each patch? between patches? what DAU-WAU-MAU spread between classes in dynamics, clasterized by rr\equipment level? Numbers will be low, but still it would be "lesser bias" information.
That being said this poll could have included more options, for instance it doesn't let me vote my preferred option which would be something along the lines of "whole ability rework was trash and so was gcd increase".

I have some experience as a dev on GaaS. When talk about statistics, it's more complex. In your example - you can separate 100 gone players and 200 new, you can check wich amount affected by balance, how many new players still alive after month, which wb compositions present and win most at city siege on each side and so on. Harder to answer a question "what to do with this processed information" and it's ok to gather some analytics to prove some theory and get opposite result from data, step back and rethink with new knowledge. Live long and prosper for every dev of this project and project it self. It was a miracle to find RoR in 2020, I thought Warhammer MMO is gone forever.

Moving CDR from Choppa to the least played tank (Blackguard) whilst keeping it on Swordmaster was one of the most bizarre changes in the game, effectively taking CDR from most Destro warbands whilst leaving every Order warband with it.
Pretty much killed the fun of running PuG warbands (Because there are so few BG's high enough level to warrant taking CDR) for me and eventually nixed my urge to play this game.

Pretty sure SM player numbers were very similar to BG numbers the last time there was a class population list posted, most order warbands are lucky to get 1/2 SM's if they are just puging.

Nothing about balancing has gone right this year. Slayer nerf was way over done and Order is at a large disadvantage in ORvR. Destro is zerging more than ever during populated times, weekend scens are a nightmare due to premades. etc.
