solution of main problem: "problem with launcher / error message" (but there is still a small other problem)

I have the following problem: The launcher doesn't work (see attachment). The launcher tries to update and then the error message appears. Does anyone have an idea? (I have already reinstalled the launcher.)

There are 3 files named “art.mvp”.

Which could it be?

Hmm.. what if you try to select to english language from launcher
For some reason it cant download the german video file for you.
does your user have all the permissions to that file location?

The language seems to be "english".

When I try to change the language (e.g. to German), the change is not possible (see attachments). The language is inserted in the “Server Settings”?!

The main problem solved itself. Since yesterday I can log in normally again.

There is still one small problem. Changing the language is still not possible. (see my previous post)
