PvE leveling

Probably been asked. But PvE leveling? Whats the best way to do it?
Ive just been doing RvR as lvl 25. And I am not much help at all lol. (Obviosuly) Been joining open warbands and following the leader. But wanting to get to 40 asap. I know renown lvl is more important, but just wanting to know a good wat to lvl PvE when i choose to focus on it. Also, does scenarios lvl up renown also?

If you are new to the server, don't prioritise in reaching r40/rr80/BiS gear. Instead take your time to actually learn the game, your class and abilities, enemy classes and abilities, game mechanics and dynamics and other useful things else you will reach your goal and still be far from ready to play the game and ENJOY it. You will constantly die and jump to wrong conclusions such as "the other realm (or class) is OP plz nerf", "all my enemies are cheaters", "the game sucks" etc . Take your time. It's worth every minute of it.
As for your questions, the literal answer is
"aoe grind with off-group st healer, preferably runnie or zealot"
