Hy there, some questions from a noob AM (really overall noob)

1-Apotheosis procs absorb buff on all grp menmbers who got a effect cleansed?
2-Apotheosis + Isha´s Encouragement => this combo procs hot on all grp menbers who got a effect cleansed?

they should have these abilities sync.. it just makes too much sense for anyone to do it :)
