[PTS] Patch 28/02/2025 - RP’s forgotten abilities that could use a second look

Hello,
With the PTS healer update being revived and tested i would like to point out some abilities and tactics that have not been addressed, and could use some rethinking or adjustments. Perhaps?

From Path Of Grungni:
- Can’t complain about this mastery to much it seems “fine”, I just don’t like Runic Blasting tactic As is, it could thou increase an overall crit chance of heal/dmg of all or more of Path of Grungni abilities, or be changed to what AM/Shammy have = 10% crit chance for heal/dmg, perhaps based on the state of Rune of Breaking

From Path Of Valaya:
- Rune of shielding is still 100ft unlike all other healing spells a 50ft increase would be appreciated
- Earth’s Shielding – no1 is using this tactic it could be remake to be semi useful
- Efficient Runecarving - since this tactic works only with direct damage shouldn’t it be located in an appropriate mastery tree

From Path of Grimnir
- Rune of Battle - With the previous changes to Extended Battle the effect of this skill became insignificant, I would propose a change to its base area of effect, or increase in the interval between tics, with reduced duration and CD, or a change to targeting system so it could be casted on an enemy.
- Grimnir’s Fury – I believe this ability is not being used at all, making it another useless 13 mastery point investment skill.

Get out of here with these sensible suggestions. Don't you know WP/DoK need a buff.

Yeah, when one looks at the extensive changes for dok/wp and am/shaman, the limited scope of healing-related changes for zealot/rp seem underwhelming. Was hoping that the healer patch would include updates to other stuff (e.g., underused/overused tactics, tree-specific M4s, making buffs stick after you change zones) besides runes/rituals and niche dps specs.

The Rune of Battle seems to be less effective after the Extended Battle change. Grimnir's Fury also needs to be adjusted to be useful, since no one really uses it right now.Raft Wars
