T1 was fun now I am uninstalling the game because its not possible to have fun in t2 premades on order side with 5 healers etc vs destro losing all the time in scs....devs if you want new players start using your brain

Was this Discordant queue or group queue? If group queue, did you invite other players to your group or were you queuing solo?
Short of the devs changing group queue to only allow groups (2+ people in a party) to queue for it, or placing rigid requirements for certain archetypes before a scenario can launch (we had this before, it was terrible), there is little the devs can do to change player behavior if they willingly avoid using LFG to find other players to make balanced compositions with.

The 5 healer premade is the most feared comp on the server.

Actually for new players it is nightmare to get to T4 after T1
Assume only a small percent are stay in game, most are just leaving.
Not sure why we don't have T2 RVR for 16-39 levels, same as Scenario grade.
Don't have a statistic, but it seems server loosing potential population exactly at border of T1-T4 transition

Because the tier system was a huge design flaw that left the middle tiers always underpopulated. Thats the reason the tiers were merged and a hefty bolster for low lvl players was implemented. Bolster can already be super strong when you're using talismans and pots. But yes, there are high rr players that will relentless, gank lowbies in rvr. I dont know what people mean by underpopulated. There should be RvR tier 2-3 for 16-39 and 2-3 tactics not 4. If not then why just not give all skills and 31 career points when you ding lvl 25 or so?
Would lvl the playing field quite a bit, but still lvl 25 vs rr80 would be imbalanced as it should because they have the GEAR+Renown points but at least everyone has same amount of tactics, all skills and 31 mastery points. What are the reasons for not doing this? I cant think of many others except FEAR that the GEAR is not enough for " best players/ae spammers " and their fragile ego's would take critical damage for losing to lvl 25 as rr 80
