Something still feels just a little bit off for the AOE playstyle of DPS AM (and I assume probably Sham) in terms of on the move damaging. Obviously it's not ever going to be as good as a BW doing their thing with all of the cone dots and instant cast aoe spells, but a way I could see to improve it is as such:
Storm of Cronos (and sham equivalent) trades out 10% strikethrough at 5 point usage for a reduction in cooldown by 5 seconds, or even having no cooldown on the next storm of cronos cast entirely.
That way even if you might only have the one mobile aoe damage ability, you can structure your combo around it in such a way that you could use it more frequently if you foresee a mobile aoe damage scenario.
That'd be my suggestion.

One other thing that you could perhaps look into?
Sacrificial Renewal for Archmages does not appear to trigger on HoTs, which feels like an oversight as its tooltip otherwise would have referred to "direct heals".
It's a high risk / reward tactic, but as the new mechanic incentivises users to weave direct and over-time abilities, it won't be easy to keep enough uptime to make it worthwhile if it does not proc on HoTs.
For the rest, I'm loving the AM changes. Been playing the AM since day 1 on retail, and this is the most fun it's been.

My 2 cents about lifetap AM so far:
I don't know how it was before since only started playing lifetap after patch but lifetap AM is actually fun to play. I'm still experimenting with builds so can't say if it's OP or no yet (not talking about solo/1vs1 but 3-6man group play context where you are responsible to heal other people as well and assisting with dmg).
First impression that it is fun (gives WoW disc priest vibes which is amazing), damage is pretty good (for healer hybrid anyway) while healing is shakier than heal AM (which should be the case anyway by the way, hybrid shouldn't be having better life-saving capabilities than full healer).
So I'm my opinion, the concept of lifetap AM is now roughly where it "should" be as in more aggressive healer choice that sacrifices life-saving capabilities (not purely healing numbers but things like strong, insta-cast lifesaves (funnel Essence and such) and poweful hots that can be pre-casted) for more damage. If power level is somewhere else than desired, it can be fine-tuned as necessary but concept is about right at the moment imo.

This is certainly an intentional action.
If you want 100% uptime then you need to invest in crits.
If you think that the tactic works too rarely you can replace it with another one.
Additionally, just that it only fires on direct heals is an advantage for the healer. If you are attacked you can heal through hots without the risk of firing a negative component 10% more dmg at you.

You should get rid of "zero state" in AM/Sham mechanics, it really ruins playstyle and feels very uncomfortable. It should be -1/1, not -1/0/1.

Some feedback on chalice dok.
Overall very good changes, the play style is more richer, involving and fun. Healing feels smoother while you still need to keep under control your rf to be most effective.
Additional tactics brings so much more options and variety so i switch tactic sets non stop (add more than 5 pls).
The things devs should look at are
Soul energy + khaine refreshment esp if done by multiple doks looks too strong. Esp on funnel fights could do the difference but on other side that is mirrored to wp so realm.balance us kept

This patch includes fixes to all bugs that have been reported since the Healer Patch hit the live servers. Additionally, when the team was looking at the second hit of Cleave Soul, we found some inconsistencies across similar abilities. Hence, some of these abilities that do multiple hits have been changed.
General Changes and Fixes
Cleanse abilities should no longer be able to cleanse Siege weapons.
