Can't load characters

Good day!

Today I downloaded game, installed it and when I log into my account I can see all of my characters, but when I click "Play" game loads for 10-20 seconds and shown me error message:
"This server had closed your connection; you have been disconnected"
From my side I have:
1. Made sure "read only" checkbox is not checke for all files.
2. Added game folder to exceptions for Windows Defender.
3. Launching game with admin rights.

By any chance you all like me from Russia? Seems like we're having fun times today: same at work with accessibility of applications, some games and RoR

same problem here, can only play with vpn (sweden ip). I'm from Russia
