DPs Balance patch??

Hi ,

So after the recent healer balance patch which made healers stronger dps than solo classes on order,, when can we expect some
Balance patches for the DPS classes?

the healer patch is not yet done. And it was like 7 months diference between tank patch and heals, and you have 2x of dps classes.

This will be a long, long time coming; the concept of “in the near future” is not even applicable here.

And no solo/duel stuff is considered while thinking on balance i believe.

Small scale seems to have a lot of AM/ shaman / rps and zealots atm. They also seem to be really strong now and they were strong b4

Agreed. The current meta of send tanks forward as a 'front line', stand back and range around that front line, and POUNCE to low HP targets around that front line (and apply debuffs/dmg 360 degrees) create a disadvantage for one faction.

Specifically (examples):

-Choppa/Slayer need a mechanic change as their damage bonus negatives are too high
-MSH/ASW need some tweaks
-more embedded bubbles/absorbs that are part of an existing ability and not one more button to push in order to combat ranged while in melee. (example, modify Jagged Edge to also include a small bubble that can overwrite itself or a reduction of 'ranged' dmg, or even an incoming healing bonus on crit).
-change the guard range back to 30'
-change melee aoe abilities to 30', keep ranged at 25' or even smaller
-modify the base level of toughness to be higher on MDPS. Armor/Resistance and avoidance is too easily bypassed currently.


We are probably a few years out from this patch and am looking forward to some improvements for MDPS.
