What's up with all the Rune of Battle stacking?

Seeing front line IBs with multiples of this AoE dmg pulse. Shouldn't it be group only?

I had to leave Tala today because every tick of this would cause my game to freeze.

This skill isn't balanced to be used like the way Order is using it, the Zealot version is a channel that requires LoS, the RP version is a fire and forget that remains active whilst the RP can heal and or deal more damage.

This needs to be looked at, either for balance issues or technical, I play heal DoK and I couldn't heal my group/WB while the IR from Order was in our vicinity because it was lagging my client.

Yes, Uchoo was streaming BT and TUP abusing Rune of Battle today. Hopefully this will get fixed at some point. Its beyond broken. They were stacking it on White Lion pets and Ironbreakers and destroying everything

With no name repeating it's 1 to 3 seconds. And it might be coincidence that one of those names reads similar to your forum nickname, but you probably know what's happening there.

Correct, it is damage from 1-3 sec time window, and because I did not expand my combat log, you do not see other unique names with damage in the chat. There was some little more.
Abusing or not, it is probably not exactly exploit, just creative thing, that you dont see often around (I hope).
