Fin havent post a video. Sam did. Thats for first. So a miss here.
Ive been there myself on runnie. Can assure you, not a single warband was harmed /wiped by 1 invisible character. Also i can assure you that there has been no 2nd stealth bomb and i can even assure you that WH wasnt there for at the very least before 1/3 of playtime or so (havent specifically counted). Clearly you didnt notice while looking that clip btw but proofs are all there on that vid and ROLEPLAY EVENT HAS BEEN STREAMED EVEN. That would be for second
Third. If anyone would actually think before post, weight up their words in this disgusting witch hunt and look up a video, read up arguments or actually try to talk to people who had amazing fun during this meme warband you would figure how wrong are you all guys are.
I will cite Sergeant-Major Drengk Burloksson who did a brief overall review of what has actually happened:
In the blackest hours of the Age of Reckoning, when the armies of Order teetered on the precipice of annihilation, the Runepriests of TUP and the Bitterstone Thunderers stood defiant. A seething horde of vile greenskins, twisted Chaos filth, and treacherous knife-eared raiders had gathered at the gates, their warcries drowning out the sorrowful dirges of the doomed Dawi within.
Yet the Runepriests did not falter. With beards long as oaths and staffs thrumming with ancestral power, they gathered, striking runes of Battle, Devastation, Warding, and Unmaking. The power of the ancestors coursed through their hands as they inscribed the final rune—a rune not seen since the time of Grungni himself.
As the enemy surged forth, the Runepriests unleashed their wrath. The earth split asunder, magma and runed lightning erupting in a cataclysm that turned thousands of green vermin to cinders. Chaos warriors, clad in their dark master’s favor, found their cursed armor turned against them, the runes reversing their dark blessings and searing their flesh. The treacherous elves, fleet-footed and cowardly, were ensnared in runic shackles, their souls torn from their bodies as payment for their arrogance.
When the smoke cleared, the battlefield was a wasteland of charred corpses and shattered steel, the Runepriests standing unbowed, their runes still glowing with the aftershock of their vengeance. The dwarfs stood strong, its armies untouched, and the Runepriests had carved their names into the annals of RoR legend.
Thus was the doom of the enemy sealed—not by axe nor arrow, but by the unbreakable power of the runes and the fury of the Dwarfs.

Where and how it did happen?
I'd rephrase you to a following: if one says something but cant support his claims one shouldnt be able to join discussion. Believe it would make things way more civil i guess
With around 700 kills (like some screenshot showed) they were quite successful for a niche setup and most likely have some good footage of what damage one or two stealth bombs can do.

Yeah I know that video, and I didn't watch all of the streams. I know that the WB had one WH at some point, though there probably were some others around at keep sieges and we all know by now that they don't need to be in your party/wb to be of use.
Just assumed that IF anyone has material to proof the effectiveness it's the content creators. Not my claim the setup works as desribed in some of the posts/rants.
Ofc a single stealth bomb cant kill a whole wb, area is too small and time to little for that. But you can kill a handful of ppl not expecting to get hit by 4k dmg/3sec standing out of los with the rest of the siege.

Re: Rune of Battle is the new ID - who needs Slayers?
I think the point being made wasn't that the WH doesn't have enough damage around it to kill people - it was just that the WH isn't the one doing the damage.
It's not a "solo stealth bomber" killing a warband - it's a warband killing a warband. It takes all the players in the group to achieve it. So, it's just a different way for one warband to kill another warband.

Brother, show me please, where in ability typed, that it can be used on pets?Minisynn wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 12:09 pmThis is exactly the point we've been trying to make on the forums for the last 3 days in responding to these threads, so thank you.Hecksa wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 10:03 amThey are asking you to tell them what the bug *is*. They're saying that the way RoB was used matches the text of the ability and appears to be working as intended. So, what is the bug?
Just because something isn't fun or is overpowered doesn't mean there's a bug. It might be bad design, it might need fixing, but that doesn't mean it's a bug, and it doesn't mean anyone is exploiting anything.
Unfortunately, you'd have a better time communicating that fact to a slab of concrete than aul Norm here, or the greater RoR playerbase in general - but I digress, I'm about to try explaining something to it again too
Norm, when Brew said "the devs figured it out", he wasn't referring to some mystical secret or exploit, because there is none - it's quite simply just using the ability in its intended manner, except with a lot of them.normanis wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 11:41 am all conversation is about they looking for'' work as intend'' and whant gm/dev team need figure out how they doin it. like they specialy testing if dev/gm team will figure out. ( maby he misswrite in that sentence byt underline its mean they feel smarter than gm/dev team)
"The devs figured out" means that the devs literally blocked the ability from the live ability tables to test if there was any bug or exploit, realised that it was working the way it's supposed to, and re-enabled it 30 minutes later as a result
I know I just wasted another minute and a half of my life by typing this out since it's going to fall on deaf ears, but I love a lost cause apparently. I also know that this was one of the most condescending comments I've ever written, but this playerbase is so unfathomably dumb that it's really hard not to be
And your disc and BT’s one showing, that you knew that fact while using rob, so you intentionally and willfully exploiting a bug, bro.

Man, you just used rob on pets and saying such loud words? You just a bunch of cheaters, not respected dwarves anymore.nocturnalguest wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 8:35 pm Fin havent post a video. Sam did. Thats for first. So a miss here.
