an error we've encounted on the PTS during LV testing now moved over to production:

We found no way around it, Max looked into it briefly iirc. We got it working, by sharing the files from someone that could download it. I suspected, that this is related to either ISP (German Telecom) or location (southern Germany). The pattern is always the same, for PTS and now production. The launcher patches everything except for some reason, the last two files. After that I get nothing for a long time, then i run into the timeout error, as 5 retries failed. My guess is, it is for the art.myp files. When I delete those, it asks for a full reinstall, instead of just re downloading those. Repair changes nothing. Deleting the Launcher config in appdata does nothing either.
Edit: Oh, btw - PTS patches just fine.
Edit 2: Same behavior for a friend that had the same issue. Same ISP / location.
Edit 3: It does not seem to be the ISP / location but still routing based. Heared of someone being able to fix the issue by using VPN.
Edit 4: Same issue on another independent installation.
Edit 5: art.myp was the culprit. For some reason the routing for the download does not work. On the PTS it was test.myp. If anyone followed this thread instead of others, this is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gRnOCX ... _0Q32/view Can't be a solution in the long run though.
