People come to SCs for fair fights

Maybe ranked SC... Common SC designed in a way where only kills metter, win\lose reward not comparable to rewards from kills, matchmaker has only one rule - start next SC asap. Current state gives only one effective strategy - build a premade and spam SC to match with pugs to farm them on wc, all other situations just surrender and re-roll SC. Without changes in system - players behaviour will stay the same.

Not to forget using surrender to remind the enemy team, that it exists

Surrendering while ahead on points is not something I would ever do. SC players are lazy and toxic in general, as evident by the replies here. So, clearly, not a great combination. This weekends event is a great example of a SC that can be won premade vs pug if players spit and run the objectives. Rarely happens though.
