Name stolen for some reasons.

After a long time taking a break from the game, I return to my account with 2 characters having their name stolen, and the game saying that there's duplicate names and I have to change my name.


It gets harder to want to play the game when things like this happen. especially when you choose a name for characters to follow the Races theme, and you're not just giving them random usernames.

I already changed one of the characters names, but I don't wish to change my Chosen's name which was originally Arkenoth.
Is there anyway to have this fixed?

Try changing it back to what it was. If it's not taken, that works.

- not stolen it was released due to inactivity. You need to log in to your characters once in awhile if you care about them

Name Reservation System Updated – Character names have always been individually assigned, not account-bound. To retain a character's name, you must log into that character at least once every 6 months. After 6 months, an additional grace period of 5 days per Renown Rank applies before the name is released.
