Please, I've already tried through discord, direct message, but I haven't had a response from any Dev. I just need them to deactivate the 2-factor system on my main account. I even opened a ban appeal to see if they notice me

resetting multifactor is something max is looking into fixing on the forums, its something that cant be fixed just yet.
