When i solo on a map, i use Masterful Treachery
When in a group, i use taste of blood.

I can't imagine playing a witch elf without OYK. You catch up to any healer bump, caster root, of SW auto bump. I used to use swift pursuit tactic, but too much dps is lost.

now that i over cap strengh, i m thinking about replacing brute force with taste of blood, haven't tried yet.
