Error with not existing character [Need Dev attention]

Heya,

So that’s my 3rd approach to reach the Devs or any support on my case coz for now im left with silence

After Twitch drop i was able to send rewards that I gathered to my toons… yeah but on the list there was a toon on the top that was called similar to my toon but it’s now mine (there was a 1 letter difference) so RoR let me send trophies from here to some not existing character in the game…

I would love to get those rewards back and unlink this weird not mine toon from my account.

No I don’t have access to this “wrong” toon in the game.


Yes I wrote on the discord channel in the support section, and yes I wrote the support ticket on the web - no response :/

We do not have a way to assist with this. It's an automated system, there's no manual controls that I'm aware of.

Okay so what can we do about it?

There is no character in my library where the items were sent to...

Sorry, jowlnik, but as Wargrimnir said the team does not have access to the automated system which is operated through Twitch. Please make sure you have the correct RoR account linked to your Twitch profile in order to correctly receive drops in the future.
