Is there a chance that this could be the missing male counterpart to WE?

There is no other mention of acquisition methods for them outside of the Influence rewards, and inside the dungeon at the moment there is only 1 Vendor to whom you can trade a "Bloody Tear" in exchange for a weapon. There is no inverse merchant (like for BS or BB/Crypt weapons) to trade a weapon back for a Tear, so I'd imagine there should be a way to acquire more than 1 or 2 weapons on one character. current WE IS an assasin (or shade) reworked (by Mythic) into this abomination you can see in this game. Lore-wise WE is more like drugged, blood crazed combo of greenskin choppa and nutjob cultist.
