Please help!!! Registered on the forum, downloaded the client and the authorizer. But in the authorizer does not admit in it says incorrect password or username. In the forum settings, age more than 18 years. Tell me what to do!!!

Hello,

When you say "downloaded the autorizer" what do you mean?, also did you download the client was MEGA or the 10 part one ( forgot the name ).

Could you walk me through on how you installed the client, and also could you provide your most recent log on attempt log.

Is your password involving any special characters and how many characters are in the password?

There's a lot of things you can try to do. Are you using the correct launcher?

It may take some time for your forum password to sync to the game DB, we've seen that happen quite a bit.

If you're not getting any error messages it's probably not syncing with the game DB properly. You can try a couple things from here. Update your password on the forums to something really simple, 6 lowercase characters would work, then give it some time for the game DB to update. Or you could try creating a second forum account with a simple password and using that to login to the game. Or do both and see which one starts working first.

Without an error message to address, you've probably gotten the entire installation bit nailed perfectly.
