[wounds] health

I saw a discussion in the chat today.
Players are saying that WOUNDS no longer have a soft cap.
I ran some tests and it turns out that there is a cap like for any other stat, 1050 (getstats), but for people on the PURE addon, it shows a HEALTH stat that is not in getstats, unmodified by the soft cap.
Is this just a visual bug on the PURE addon, or has the soft cap been removed from the WOUNDS stat (which would be terribly stupid)?

There is no WOU softcap (or hardcap).
The getstats behavior is a bug.

The only main stat without soft or hard caps. Unsure about Initiative, but I don't know if it's even possible to reach the level 40 softcap with current itemization.
