Real-time PvP Stats Addon?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to create an addon for Return of Reckoning that shows real-time PvP stats like kills, deaths, and renown directly on the game UI. I haven’t seen any addon like this discussed here. Has anyone tried something similar or have ideas on how to access PvP data for display?

Enemy has this. KD, etc.

Renown gain is more of a 'session' we see in Warboard or some other addon.

Fix Statdoll to be accurate realtime - that would be a great help.
