Game fails to complete update as of Jan 16th

Worked fine on friday, now still can't log in since as of yesterday morning. Connect button grey, updater fails to update.

Any fix in sight?

What works for me is restart my pc. Then it works once before i have to restart again.

Same issue. Turned on VPN - works fine.

I have a similar problem. Without a VPN, I can access the character selection menu, but then the server drops the connection. With a VPN, everything works.
