another evening in paradise. nothing changed for me. it might got even worse. today the login client isnt trying to connect or retrieving any errors.

thing is: it seems to be a prime time issue. i could login yesterday night after 12, and today in the morning. no issue in sight (german timezone)

but obviously people are complaining for a week now and nothing happened. not even a statement or some help to fix it on our own...

The developers continue to pretend that the problem doesn't exist. It's sad.

We have now found the following solution. I sent the affected player my installed game and lo and behold, it works.

Some news upon issue with logging inside game after handshake (you log, you can see chars and can select them but once you press play button you are dropped out, in case if you press play and then reconnect (handshake) play button becomes grey but still clickable). note: launcher issue i believe we can consider as solved, a) vpn b) windivert c) ask someone to upload you patched game

Its definitely a routing issue to game server (probably past login server, i believe those are separate). Something somewhere blocks traffic from us into game.

Ive contacted a person from a team, to start investigating and get into issue they need more diagnostics from us, need to pinpoint where packet loss starts. IP for login server is 147.135.130.126 (it may help to pinpoint launcher issue but wont help with inability to load up in game)

windivert i use is very unstable solution as i blindly pick up what to do with traffic and just manually check whats working, to write proper universal solution i also need to pinpoint where it starts to block traffic.
So once ive got enough spare time ill post my results in tech support section

So, a rally call for all of those who know at least whats cmd, ping, tracert, whois, nslookup etc are:
1. If you are totally unable to pass thru char selection you can use PingPlotter (14-day trial, can find cracked version on webs) or anything alike, its pretty easy to use. Post results somewhere
2. If you are somehow sometimes able to pass thru char selection you can use advanced Wireshark (open source), not so user-friendly, but very easy to figure after few minutes in google. It can help out with servers data for rest of us who cant load up (unless team share proper information)
