Game fails to complete update as of Jan 16th

I still have the same issue... however what works for me now is:

>Disconnect my PC from LAN
>Disconnect my Phone from WLAN and make a Hotspot
>Connect my PC to the phone hotspot
>Start Launcher -> launcher goes green
>Disconnect from the hotspot and connect normal LAN again
>Start game

Each day im narrowing issue and trying to pinpoint exact problematic routes.

I need as much as possible tracerts into login and game server from following types of players a) who have no issue b) who have issues with launcher but able to play game c) who either have problems with both launcher and game server or solved launcher problem but cant pass char selection.

What is required:
1. Open terminal (for windows Win+R, type cmd)
2. Type:
a) tracert 147.135.130.126 (thats login server IP), press enter and copy results
b) tracert 51.91.215.12 (that should be game server IP), press enter and copy results
3. Send results to me thru DM, post here, post in RoR discord #technical-advice, whatever you feel suitable

Why do that? I want to gather list of working/not working routes. Issue we have now is that Akamai (or maybe someone else, but Akamai for sure) and OVH are blocking some packets in some routes so we cant properly play without doing tricks. Highly likely that this issue is not solvable by RoR team and they can only act as customers of OVH service.

If anyone using more advanced tools rather then just simple tracert, that would be of better help too.
