Bank Bug 2024 - Item Restoration still open

Hello Team,

back in 2024 we were told to create a ticket to restore deleted (overwritten) items due the bank bug. While i could regain a lot of them, i still can not get some items back, like the Bloodlord Paincloak on my DoK (as part of the DPS-Set). The ticket is still open (https://support.returnofreckoning.com/t ... php?id=168. Could you please look into it and restore it? Maybe just reset my influence in BS so i can get it again or let us buy it from a Vendor.
