problem with action bars

hello there...guys if someone can hellp me plzzz i click button for open my action bars and move abilitys but i cant remove anyone he know what happen here ?

There is an action bar lock icon. Uncheck it and you should be able to move abilities around.

Are you using some silly UI pack?? Someone in /ad had this problem few weeks ago, despite his bar being unlocked he couldn't move anything. But he was using some UI pack that was actually controlling his action bars and once they disabled the correct addon everything was fine.

I've been meaning to write a post about the action bar toggle icon, but it's super boring. Basically this little guy can get bugged out if you're using sundry addons. I had issues for years with the toggle being immovable on screen, so the only way see it was to wonkily set up my bars with space in between.

I have now a similar issue on two of my chars.
I can drag&drop a skill into my action bar, but once it is placed I can't move it again.
I have:
* unlocked the little checkbox above the action bars,
* unlocked the action bars in the windows window (in the layout editor),
* set r/w permission to world for the whole user folder,
* enabled/disabled sequencer addon,
but nothing helped.
Its only on two of my chars and only on the two <40 chars...

create a new profile under the interface / profile menu. See if it still happens there.

Thank you for your help, but the problem seems to be solved now.
After disabling all addons the problem was gone.
It seems one of the addons I tried some time ago was causing this problem (activating/disabling EzGuard did the trick).
