Regarding the balance of shield WP/DoK, the HoT change feels more like a joke than an attempt to fix the spec. If you’re open to a suggestion, the best—and simplest—fix you could do is to significantly increase the healing multiplier relative to damage (especially now that shield heals can be debuffed; it’s only fair), and reduce the Righteous Fury cost of “Sigmar’s Wyll” to 40 RF (the same cost as pre-patch Divine Strike, but hitting a single target instead of three) instead of 80. With that, shield WP/DoK would be playable again.

Since i pretty much stopped playing the game, i don't have a real input on balance Changes. Glad to see Choppa / Slayer getting punished less for being in Furious state nonetheless.
Anyway, i want to shoutout the Kissy Fish Mask real quick, that thing is golrious

Thanks for doing reasoning below the career changes, this is so much easier to accept even if we agree/disagree with the change, to atleast understand where you are coming from!
As for the titles and unlocks, would it be possible to add a 1million rvr kill achivement too? right now the last title is Berserker at 100k For those that are RR 100 on the server i guess they would like a cool title to show off from their many hours dedicated. and 1Ml kills should come roughly arounbd RR 95-100
- kill 1.000.000 players in rvr and unlock the title: Mass Murderer
As for the change to Slayer/Choppa yellow penalty, i think i like the idea. But on the other hand isnt this just promoting more melee, if you reenter slayer/choppa into the meta by not giving them penalty to armor when there now should be more of them being played as a result. And was it conciderered that one realm has more mages than the other? sorc+magus vs bw.
I almost wonder if a flat penalty affecting both armor and resist wouldnt be better, at say 10% reduction to slayer and choppa.

The nerf on Shadow Prowling / Sanctified Oil is going to hit hard, making both skills basically useless... A very short lived blink with no longer any form of speedboost was only useful as a "safe" kickstart to stealth channeling since the mdps nerf, now it's even more useless.

DW DoK used to be slow but had good AOE with devour essence and good melee heals and heal debuff, now it has bad AOE, bad melee heals, lost it's on crit heal debuff, and is still slow. That's a lot to give up for an armor debuff.
Can DW DoK please get a charge skill and a KD like other melee DPS? Or can it get some good AOE skills? Can it also get the DPS +WS proc on it's tri set? And a 3rd Sov armor set that is just a copy of other melee DPS's?

The Slayer change there, I was kinda hoping for an revert tbh. I take the reist stuff tho the armor instead would bin better. Slayer still feels way to squishy for its dmg output and why do we get 20s CD on wounds debuff when marauder only have 10s ?
Like the change to Spellbrekaer, Cleft and no opinion on the changes of Pulverizing and Relentless yet, never ever use Relentless really and now its in 2H so feels like a nerf to 2H on that.
Still the xtra dmg in yellow after 18y on Slayer feels kinda wierd and I dont see many Slayers returning, still feels like WL just a much better option

I will however disagree that this change is a joke. The main benefit is that it grants shield WP a significant amount of flexibility in gameplay; you now have an option to continue generating some healing output despite not being in range of melee. This is an important change, and hopefully will be a step in the direction of making this spec playable in a wider range of content.

In addition extended duration of WH Finisher "Exit Wound" is a bit better, but no reason to spec in it and so quite useless.
Give "Exit Wound" 21sec Duration and Spirit damage, so we can talk about usefull spec (as Wracking Pains - but WP would still be much better, since it's core and no cd)
Question:
- Seal of Destruction - No longer stacking with other abilities (and itself).
- Elixir of Insane Power - No longer stacking with other abilities (and itself).
Since when it could stack itself with CD 1 min?
what does "no stacking" means? different formula ? With Blessed Bullets/Bleeding edge (but no ability, but tactic)? Only because of Armor ignore of Seekers Blade (incl. tactic) ? cant see any other case? Gonna test the change...WE abilities ignoring all armor (if ignoring), WH doesnt have any other afaik (except torment)

But a Shield WP is a melee healer, not a cast-healer. Their heals should come from hitting the enemy and healing the party, not from casting. The shield spec should have very strong heals based on striking the enemy, because they trade the safety of the backline and uninterrupted casting for the risk of being on the frontline. They should have that drawback (not being able to heal without attacking) to justify their heals being powerful. If they now turn Shield WP into a caster, then it loses its whole reason to exist: healing by fighting.
