The shield spec should have very strong heals based on striking the enemy, because they trade the safety of the backline and uninterrupted casting for the risk of being on the frontline. They should have that drawback (not being able to heal without attacking) to justify their heals being powerful. If they now turn Shield WP into a caster, then it loses its whole reason to exist: healing by fighting.
The real reason shield DoK exists is to ruin DW melee DoK gear options.

It's been very successful.

Am I missing these large scale changes for tanks? It's super early so possible, but it looked as if every change was one target or tank+1. None of the tank changes seem impactful to large scale.

How we can even trust balance team if they don't know how many times channel hits and keep it that way even though now you can change abilities on the fly, even without server restart?

Thanks for all the efford and work you put in this patch again. Espacialy for all the fashionhammer content, even if im sure that i will never do 100 kills of any dungeon boss ever xD
But:

- Teams can no longer surrender until there are 7 minutes 30 seconds left on the scenario timer.

This point realy hurts. I think the possibility to surrender at 11:00 minutes was long enough to get a feeling, if the SC is worth it to keep on playing or not. This new timer will only lead to more wasted time, until an obviously determined SC is going to end, for both sides. Probably surrender is not going to happen anymore now. Instead, the dominating team is forced to finish the SC by points (cause this will be much faster than the possibility to surrender appears) while the inferior team just refuses to leave the warcamp and waits for them to finish. Because im sure that the ticking points from BOs or holded SC-Item will be on 500 earlier than the timer reaches 7:30 by far...
So at the end, practicaly you just deleted the opportunity to surrender somehow :/

Really bad change to shadows/oil. It provided an escape option you had to plan for. With the recent nerfs this ability is now only useful as a mid fight reset. Please reconsider this change.

+1
One sided scenarios will happen regardless the changes. Prolonging idle and pointless gameplay is leading to bad experience.

"- The first Boss in Crypts was a bit too simple and took too long to kill. We've reduced its HP significantly, and added new unique mechanics for each Archetype to do."

What is the unique mechanic ?
Destruction: 40-BG / 40-DoK / 40-Chosen / 37-Mara / 37/Sorc / 36-SH / 36-Choppa / 24-Shaman / 16-WE
Order: 40-SW / 40-SM / 40-WP / 40-WL / 39-Kotbs / 38-BW / 33-AM / 22-WH / 16-RP / 12-Slayer

Concerning MENTOR

I am currently trying to fullfill the quests.
The main problem is the level Range.
Sewers is currently max lvl 21, that is doable. I got a group and showed them through.
BUT Dragonback with max lvl 10 or all the PQs in max lvl 10 is quite difficult.
The Hard PQs are in the level Range of 8-10. If you find a Player in that Range he is level 10 or 11 and mostly pops into 11 at the PQ and then you dont get a credit.

Suggestion:
Expand the Level Range on the PQs into 1-16 or make it straight lvl 1-39.

Thanks for the patch and all the effort went in to it from all of you. Very helpful the explanation under every change so we know the reason behind it. Keep up the good work my friends!!
