Its core tactic. You need to spec 13pts for vigilance + tactic slot for the grp effect. And wtf do you think you achieve by saying these things that are not related to eachother at all in anyway? Is this the ceiling of your critical thinking or do you have an agenda? Stop nerfing singular abilities espesially if you compare them to skills that have nothing to do with eachother. Witchbrew/Leonine Frenzy are not PROCS. Its counter intuitive when you nerf WB/LF to not do crit dmg anymore, and then you make WB not affected by Frenzied mayhem/ToB/Flanking/Masterful Treachery! 13pts ability that is not affected by FOUR TACTICS ffs. Same for Leonine frenzy but Flanking/Loner tactics.
Oh and obviously remove 20% Speed increase and hot tactic for Welf/Wh... come on..

The continued penalization of Slayer makes no sense.
Especially now that devs are not reverting the 25% penalty to armor. Not only were Slayer/Choppa already squish, this debuff also especially punishes Slayer because AI tactic is armor compared to choppas wounds. Not a great tactic to begin with, now it is reduced by 25% on a class that tends to use Bloodlord for -10% armor already. The point is why make a already bad tactic even worse? How does this help balance?
Not only do you have sub 100 toughness on Slayer, now you tend to be below 3k armor as well. Armor without toughness is already junk to begin with, why are you doubling down on making that even weaker?
The "rework" for this class consisting of just tinkering with tactics and damage and this penalization for just existing as Slayer was a let down to say the least. The class's main drawbacks of zero mobility and weak grp utility were not changed at all (shatterlimbs and gudruns wc being the only two utility skills as it is).
If the point of the class is to offer pure dmg (and no utility, mobility, or support abilities) in return for needing massive amounts of support, then the amount of damage it puts out right now does not compare to other AoE DPS to justify picking slayer. Please go back to the drawing board on this one devs and rework the rework.

I forgot to thank the GMs for putting out such an Estalian event (which is basically Spain in the Warhammer world) and adding so many details from our culture into the game (the bulls, the turrón, the duros, the reales, even the NPC names...).

We are investigating ways we can solve this. At the moment it comes down to a client limitation. The per city bank was a way we tried to work around this.
