My actual goal in rvr is to not crash and then avoid to give free solo kill tag of my name to ppl that don't deserve it.
since last patch, i experienced tons of crashes when it was never happening before.
If there's no fixes for this i'm so done, will probably spend my time on gloria victis instead.

Re: What Is Your Goal in RvR?
I never care who wins the zone or main city battle, I just want to kill the player with the red name or the good solo player who won the 1vs1.

Re: What Is Your Goal in RvR?
I want my Realm winning to be the main priority and I want decent kills while doing so, but only because kills are such an overwhelmingly efficient way to get RP, crests, and influence.

I suspect if you put in an option for "getting crests" it would actually have the most votes instead of the one for kills.

Winning the zone matters, but not at any cost. I don't mind dying as long as i have fun fights.

Honestly? Kinda depends on my mood. But most of the time I'm just looking for good fights.

Re: What Is Your Goal in RvR?
Poll is missing the only correct answer: I play to crush my enemies, see them driven before me, and to hear the lamentations of their women (cit.).
On a serious note: I think I enjoy good fights above all else. In terms of numbers, I enjoy at most warband Vs warband warfare, any more people than that and it becomes just a matter of numbers, which happens way too often lately. I also like small scale (6-12 men) roaming, the smaller the number the less chaotic a fight is, the more control you have over what you can do.
I also don't care too much about winning or losing, as long as they are good fights, allowing me to somehow make a difference with my skillset. That's why I also prefer balanced fights over one-sided ones.
Finally, I don't really mind keep fights every now and then, I prefer attacking more than defending, and even then I prefer when there is room for pushes. What I don't like is when keep fights become too static, but maybe that's because I'm playing my tank lately.
On a closing note: I hope the RvR situation improves, and we get to see less "blobs". Seeing multiple warbands playing together is indeed really cool, so many people are playing almost as one, but at the same time the game lags too much, there is very little room for expressing individual (and even tactical) skills, and it creates also imbalances so long as just one side is organised to play like that.
