About Kisses, you can keep using the initiative buff/debuff all the time, then switch to Heal Debuff against healers.

Keep your Elixir of Shadows as a defensive cooldown. Only use it offensively when the situation is really safe.
I don’t value Heart Seeker that highly. I think it’s good to include in a basic rotation, but I don’t use it that much when killing pugs.

Your rotations seem solid. The one I linked is more like an optimized burst rotation. It’s very much an “on paper” rotation, and most of the time you won’t actually use it exactly like that. Still, you can get a good sense of my gameplay from the video.
