Hi all,
I've repeatedly made the experience that allies close by, with health missing are not affected by the heal pulse of sigmars will. This shows pretty good at keep boss fights, when the npcs use aoe abilities hitting the blob around them and the friendly health bars pop up.
With yourself being the target, standing in the middle of the healthbar blob, hitting the npc with Sigmars Will numerous times, occasionally no heals will show up.
Has anyone else made that experience?
Afaik there's an aoe target cap of 24 for attacks. Would it be possible that the heal pulse is affected by that having an attack as source?
I would assume the pulse picks the closest 24 allies, damaged or not, and ignores the rest.
Does martyrs blessing have a similar issue?
This ofc goes for the Dok equivalents as well.

Man... RoR made the perfect melee healer when Sacrifice existed and could be used while moving. Even when i didnt like the spec/shield because it killed the original melee healer concept, i still respected the idea behind it and that they actually made it work! Ofc it was too powerful with SHIELD and removing shield without removing anything else they added.
That would be the Ideal MeleeDpsHealer! Ive had to destroy 400 gigabytes of RoR video's because i needed the space, but i always deleted randomly because all of them are in 1 place with dates as titles so i had no idea what class i played in what video making it very hard to check videos for certain class, and ofc ive deleted all the best stuff : D
Its sad i have no videos left of my rr 4x warrior priest shield spec sc's because those were actually engaging and fun to watch. When RoR added +2 enemies hit with DivineStrike/ConsumeEssence IF using shield to 25% + Increased melee heal tactic that was super powerful and made perfect sense, except only shield part ffs : D
And back to the current mess. Adding Sigmars will while making SIgmars Radiance/Transfer essence usable with shield AND tome???? That felt like Mockery almost, losing Spirit dmg on Devour essence+Consume Essence was already too much but now tome healer can use the ORIGINAL MELEE DPS GRP HEAL but We cant : D They literally ruined their own very good creation because they didnt want to remove shield from Wp/Dok but started to nerf everything they just added, instead of the shield..
