Is it just double Warcrests Event?

So is the event on June 10th, only double warcrests. If so, shouldn't it give double exp and renown also?

the post states 2x war crests in both image and text format with no mention of exp/rr/inf. therefore presumably it is only crests and 2x crest only events have happened in the past so it isn't unusual.

it also states specifically that the 2x crests are from "all kills" which makes me think that it does not include bags/zone locks/city siege stages/lotd end reward either.
