So I'm on the quest Beasts that Burden and on the part where I'm supposed to get Drinking Horn and it says that its in the Grinning Skull Tavern. I'm in Grinning Skull but it doesn't have the "tavern" part in it. anyone able to direct me to where I'm supposed to go to get this darn Drinking Horn? Much appreciated!!! I'm trying to finish all these IC quests at once so I can just leave them alone before moving onto T4 RvR stuff.

IIRC its in the hall on top of a table opposite to the entrance. It is really small and you have to look closely.

Pretty much what he said, 20k 38k in IC, once inside, if you face the vendor there, it's on the table to the left, to be more precise it's to the right of the skulls on top of that same table, zoom in as much as possible and you'll see it.

Fyi, the final steps of that quest require you to go to Sacellum, so if you're a lowbie, try and recruit a carry.

It awards a cloak, in case you're wondering.
