depends on your gear, build and group comp - you can get "more" of those stats from many sources.
assuming 5sov/4tri or 6tri/3wl (the 2 most typical arpen focused SW builds) those stats sound normal-ish depending on if you are accounting for tri proc or renown points, not sure if you are
my SW in 6tri/3wl with full WS talis sits at 764 BS and 657 BS unbuffed - meaning no tri proc, stance or renown accounted for. this can be pushed much further when including buffs such as scout stance (+100 BS), tri proc (+130 WS), masterful aim tactic (+160 BS), instinctive aim tactic (+120 BS and +120 WS), liniment, party buffs, etc.
SW like WL, SL, mara and choppa have a fantastic position position where they can pump stats very easily due to the availability of infamous double stat tactic or tactics like bullseye/feeding on fear. sitting in altdorf, the stats are low, but given a combat situation they can be rather high. for me since i play with organized groups, and as SW is a very safe ranged dps, i'm usually playing a fairly greedy renown build with 0-2fs and rest in crit/WS for aoe build
accounting for tri proc, renown (crit/ws), typical party buffs (nothing extravagant here), liniment (i use either 60 bs 5% crit or 50 WS 50 ranged power typically), skirm stance (5% crit) and tactics (instinctive aim, bullseye) in your average combat situation i would sit around 950-975 BS, 900-950 WS and ~55-65% crit chance as a result. with some extra tinkering you can go higher than this, but i'm trying to keep the numbers realistic and not count some sort of cheesy buffs or extraordinary group composition.
