How do you get this Tier 1 Helmet for Kotbs ?

I saw a few days ago a kotbs in Tier 1 wearing a very similar helmet as the one you see on the image (rounded shape, visor), but without the bottom part of it that covers the face ; I forgot to take a screenshot to get the actual name and appearance of the item unfortunataly, so this is the closest I found.

Does someone know which helmet I am mentioning and how to obtain it ?

dragonback pass maybe? the brim of that one is very wide like a dinner plate but most similar design i can think of and it matches up with being available for a t1 player

Interesting, I'm going to give this dungeon a try, is this a loot, a quest reward ?
