Any guides for annulus rings and the event?

Im a new player. Tried to find some information about the rings and the event to make them. Description on the front page is not enough as a new player.
Are there any proper guides on how to make them, how many mats i need, the stats on rings etc?

Most simple guide is, if you are 40:

- Forget about half the vendors and go straight for the lvl 40 ring.

- All rings are made equally and are made out of two materials gemstone / ore.
You need 20 green, 10 blue, 5 purple, 3 mythic ores
You need 10 green, 5 blue, 3 purple, 2 mythic gemstones

So go check all the annulus available and select one, check which materials request and then start gathering materials in the above quantities.

The green ring is made by the green materials listed, then you deliver the green ring + the blue materials and get the 2nd ring, blue ring + purple mats get the 3rd and same goes on for the Annulus ring.

Now, materials can be either bough / trade or refined, in order to refine ore or gemstone you have to obtain 1 out of three professions:

1- refine ore (type of resistances / protection)
2- refine gemstone (type of stats)
3- refine talisman for this ring (30days talisman of different kinds)

In order to get these missions you need to obtain at least the first reward of the Event influence bar, once done your mission will start and you will be able to gather "tools" to refine the materials you obtain from the crates (metal) box( gemstones) or pouch (shards / talisman).

Each unrefined material obtained from these three items, can be refined to randomly obtain a refined green/blue/purple/mythic.
