This is in line with the itemization changes. I pointed this out long ago when they changed the armor bonus on certain armor sets. Is it bad? In my opinion, yes. But it's not a targeted armor talisman nerf.

Oh no, it is targeted, armor has been targeted for a very long time, talisman already been nerfed from +180 to 136, potions halved in values.
With the damage being pretty much the highest in RoR since its birth, it's pretty annoying healing as a sitting duck.
Add also racials for Gobbo and Dwarf nerfed.
This has nothing to do with "being in line" with the rest of the stats, it's another huge defense nerf for healers.

And it's pretty clear they will nerf Renown defense with the rework as well, to be honest the direction of the game has been an utter disaster since the ability rework, but hey they're releasing PVE dungeons, hurra!

Not sure I'm gonna bother with RoR, unless there's a route change.

i hate pve so much its unreal. just watching the ugly npcs and their chopped animations makes me want to puke. theres no way to make pve enjoyable in this game if you ever even for a minute played wow. id rather run scarlet monastery for 8 hours straight than do one dungeon in ror

Good thing you don't have to do PvE in this game.

You have to if you want BiS gear in this pvp game, more so with almost every patch it seems.
