Joining "skill issue" crowd in this one. Its super plain simple - if OP cant put any efforts to provide starting discussion points or data and offers us to work with literally - "i used to play one it was great now it sucks" why should rest bother?

Also on even a more serious note, havent seen as helpful and nice community as what majority considers as toxic elitists. Oh and also havent ever meet so much of toxicity and arrogance outside of casual majority. Those who truly seek help will find it and definitely not from casuals.

Marauder is fine, the more I play him the more he's started to click, thing with marauder is you have to be able to swap mutations and adapt quick when the time comes for it, thus the skill celling is much higher, that and he's really gear dependent to really get the most from his burst you need a significant amount of crit chance if running sav/brut to really get his damage going, your most important debuff generally is armor debuff and possibly healing, only use wound debuff if the enemy is at full health, so once you apply armor debuff and if running draining swipe like I do and heal debuff etc, you swap to brutality. hit mutation aggression/gut ripper if you have it which i'm personally missing both on my build since i'm only RR 63, hit your big burst abilities in brutality, possibly execute than swap to sav when your armor debuff etc fall off also if I use draining swipe in savegry I like to weave in a extra rend in brutality to keep the 3 rend stacks going.

It's tricky, but one thing I'm using is the Aura addon to track when cutting claw/armor debuff comes off cooldown in savagery for when I swap to brutality to reapply. I also have a sequence going that allows me to apply the 3 most important debuffs on the fly, oh and I have the disarm skill after you parry on aura as well, sure if you do warbands you can stay in monstro, but that's boring AF, but practice your rotation on training dummies and you'll get better. The armor debuff, Heal debuff if traited for the -50% healing and you also get 50% of the healing is amazing for survivability in scenarios and small scale stuff.

I also swap to monstro when I'am trying to hold a area with multiple people in SC's or area's for survival even if I'm not speced for it, but alas I know sometimes it can be frustrating playing marauder since we don't quite have the same on demand burst WL's have, since it's much easier for WL's to just utilize their big burst since the brutaility tree as a whole is pretty lackluster and to get the most of it going you need to utilize savagery to debuff. I'm still in terrible gear on mines and only RR 64, but in long drawn out games I can tell i'm making a difference with my debuffs and weaving in that burst, WL's biggest problem is their pet, so in premades they can do ok, but if WL's are going up against another premade that knows better WL's become useless because people will make it a priority to keep the WL's pet dead, and thus he becomes almost useless, but as mara we don't have to worry about a pet.

WL's pet is a big hinderance. I have noticed in scenerio's even in big Warband fights white lions become terrible once people are able to keep the lion dead, personally I prefer marauder alone for that simple fact, imagine most of your damage tied to a pet and once it's gone you have to wait to resummon it, yeh I'm good, people always see what's greener on the other side, sure in premades where WL's are being supported and going up against a non premade WL's shine and think that's the problem people are so use to seeing top WL's in premades and just destroying people with their burst cause they have pounce, while marauders do not, was thinking about a potential buff the other day, they should make marauders impale reduce armor by 50% when hitting enemies from the side/ flanking and keep the 100% ignore armor ability when hitting enemies from the back, problem is it's near impossible to guarantee that hit to the back of the target in most cases, so that'd be a good compromise.

It looks stronger than ever to me. I’ve partnered with some very good Maras, and comp felt stronger than BiS Choppas or BiS DPS DoKs.

At least for me, as a WE, my ranking of duo partners in a strong setup is:

1-SH
2-Mara
3-Sorc
4-Choppa / DPS DoK

Sorry meant on a flank impale ignores 50% of the armor and when hitting the enemy on the back still does 100% ignore of armor, thus impale actually becomes decent in a 1v1 or when you just can't reach a enemies back, wouldn't be OP as impale is on a 10 second cooldown anyways, marauder really needs more flank abilities in brut spec, convulse slashing is terrible but that's another topic.

Not really not in any context (solo, scenario or RvR) also not true for top performers (super high kd players)

Voidmaker and damagemate aren’t even in top 20 of solo (A-tier of solo)
Letsnot even mention vapotizers thousands of kills wo a solo death, or Teefz hundreds
