Play an AM, put on a dress, and you're already gender fluid.

It is not possible, there is some weird server issue with that so wont happens just roll new character on the other gender

The gender choice happens even before you choose your class in character creation. I'm not sure it's so simple. Personally I disagree with gender swapping but I don't really care that much.
